Col has been used to treat skin swollen and bruised for centuries. Its full of phytonutrients, vitamins, anthocyanins and glutamine containing anti-inflammatory properties that are good for joint anti-cancer and anti-pain! The reason why we want to use red cabbage is that it contains anthocyanins (the chemical that gives red cabbage color) and called anthocyanins to reduce pain and inflammation articulate.
