Congratulations on your desire to heal itself. Note that you are learning to cure your disease heal itself. And to heal itself requires that you understand. Keeping a food diary is a way to contribute to the understanding of himself. Mainly we begin observing the quality and quantity of food you eat, and any connection to notice how you feel about feeding times.

You may want to keep more than that, or even daily continuously for a while. His style of keeping a food diary can be very individualized. It is intended more for his benefit than mine. I just need to read it.

Make this simple process. One suggestion is to put your journal next to your bed or on your desk once a day and write down everything you have eaten in the last 24 hours with the approximate amounts. If you notice or learn something of interest to take note of it.

Keeping a food diary can be a valuable tool in the learning process to improve their nutrition. At first it provides an accurate record of what you eat. How to keep track of money you spend this simple process to see precisely which can help a lot. What actually eat can be very different from what you thought you ate.

Give attention to the quality and quantity of food you eat and how you feel.

What are the qualities and types of food they eat and prefer to eat? For example. bread, sweets, oils and fats, salt, animal protein, vegetables, fruits, coffee, alcohol, etc.

If you eat too much of certain foods or not enough of certain foods your diary can increase your knowledge of this.

If you think you eat too much, in general, you may want to record the amounts consumed with some accuracy. Also record how you feel before, during and after overeating.

pay attention to how you feel before and after meals. If you notice your digestion, energy, mood or other symptoms are performed, take note of this. As you continue working with the daily maintenance of their food you will come to understand ever more clearly what really determines your eating. You can not cure what you do not understand. What you’re trying to understand is not the food. Is yourself.

As you progress you will find that your journalling begins to focus more on you than the food. You will discover that your energy, internal dialogue, moods, friends, hunger is a strong influence on their eating (and vice versa). If you continue to keep a diary, eventually you will realize that your journal will become an increasingly wider and more accurate means of observation and understanding of their own being.
