Lord Darzi calls for lifestyle changes to prevent dementia

Former health minister Lord Darzi Labour has called people to adopt a “use it or lose it “attitude toward his brain to protect against dementia.

Writing in The Telegraph, Lord Darzi said that people should act now to change your eating and activity habits and stimulate your mental capacity using puzzles.
