Ramadan Suhoor Healthy Recipe: Oatmeal Cookies / Crepe ;

Suhoor refers to the pre-dawn meal before fasting begins. Here’s a great dish to start the day with – flour oatmeal cookies.

Avena trumps frosted flakes helping people feel more satisfied and full on your dining table for Suhoor. Try this recipe to keep hunger at bay for most of the day.

for 6 waffles

These waffles are easily prepared a delicious way to add to your diet healthy oats.

2 cups rolled oats
2 cups water
1 banana
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
vegetable oil spray
1 fresh fruit or fruit spread like banana

Preheat waffle iron to medium-high.

Combine oats, water, bananas, salt, brown sugar and vanilla in blender. Blend at high speed until completely smooth. The batter should be pourable. If it becomes too thick as it is, add a little more water to achieve desired consistency.

waffle iron lightly spray with vegetable oil. Pour in enough mass to reach the edges and cook until golden brown, 5 to 10 minutes without lifting the lid.

Serve with fresh fruit or fruit spreads.

Note: If you do not have a waffle iron, pancakes can bake
