256 Years Old man breaks the silence before his death and reveals shocking secrets to the World ;
What is the longest a person has ever lived? Knowing Li Ching-Yuen, a man who lived an amazing 256 years! And no, this is not a myth or a fictional story.
According to a 1930 New York Times article, Wu Chung-chieh, a professor of Chengdu University , Imperial discovered records Congratulating Chinese government since 1827 Li Ching-Yuen on its 150th birthday, and later documents congratulate him on his 200th birthday in 1877. in 1928, a New York Times correspondent wrote that many old men in neighborhood Li said that his grandparents knew him when they were children, and at that time was a grown man.
Li Ching Yuen herbalist would have begun his career at the age of 10, where he gathered herbs in mountains and learned from his power for longevity. For nearly 40 years, he survived on a diet of herbs like Lingzhi, wolfberry, wild ginseng, to shoo Wu and gotu kola and rice wine. In 1749, at the age of 71, he joined the Chinese armies as martial arts master. Li was said to be a beloved figure in his community, married 23 times and had more than 200 children.
According to generally accepted stories told in his province, Li was able to read and write as a child, and his tenth birthday had traveled in Gansu , Shansi, Tibet, Annam, Siam and Manchuria gathering herbs. During the first hundred years continued in this occupation. Then he switched to selling herbs collected by others. He sold lingzhi goji berry , yellow ginseng He Shou Wu and gotu kola along with other herbs Chinese and they lived on a diet of these herbs and rice wine.
According to one of the disciples of Li, once he had found a man 500 years old, even older, he taught Qigong exercises and dietary recommendations that would help extend its useful life superhuman proportions. Apart from Qigong and a diet rich in herbs, what else can we learn from this master of longevity?
How about this: On his deathbed, Li famously said, “I have done all I have to do in this world.” Could his last peaceful words also refer to one of the biggest secrets to a long and prosperous life? It is interesting to note that in the West, often we are taught to believe that aging is something to be “hit” with infrared devices high-tech and state of the art medication.
Li was what his secret to longevity. This was his answer. “Keep a quiet heart, sit like a tortoise, joyful walk like a pigeon and sleep like a dog” These were the words of advice Li gave to Wu Pei-fu, the warlord who Li was at home to learn the secret of extremely long life.
Li said inner calm and tranquility combined with breathing techniques were the secrets to incredible longevity. Obviously, your diet could have played an important role. But his fascinating old living person in recorded history attributes his long life to your mood.
The average life expectancy in the Western world currently sits between 70-85 years, the idea of someone living more than 100 years old seems quite like the stretch. The idea of someone living more than 200 years old seems very suspicious. But why we not believe that people can live so long?
Keep in mind that some people in this world do not live a stressful lifestyle 9-5, they do not have to deal with the stresses of debt, which are not breathing polluted air of the city and they exercise regularly. They do not eat refined sugar or flour, or any foods that have pesticides sprayed on them. No live outside the standard American diet.
are not eating fatty meats, deserts, sweets and genetically modified foods. No antibiotics. Without alcohol and snuff. Their diets not only exclude junk foods that so often are delivered, which also include the super and herbs that are like steroids for our organs and immune system.
They also spend their free time in the practical nature of breathing and meditation techniques that have been proven to improve mental, physical and emotional health. They keep things simple, sleep, and spend a lot of time outdoors in the sun. When we have the opportunity to relax in the sun, we feel instantly rejuvenated and to call this a “vacation”. Imagine spending a lifetime doing that in the mountains, and the combination with mental, spiritual and physical well being perfect.
I do not doubt for a moment that if we all did the things we knew we had to do, to live to 100 years old would be commonplace. When we treat our bodies well, who knows how long we can live?
