Health Benefits Munakka

Munakka is a dry form of the grape. Munakka benefits are innumerable. It is an excellent home remedy for most diseases. If you have been eating a lot of meat, oily foods, alcohol, overeating and then black raisins or munakkas are the answer. Excessive consumption of fatty foods leads to acidosis, a condition in which the acidity of body fluid abnormally high

1.Anaemia
Munakka abundantly contains all the vitamins and iron that the body needs. Soak 10 to 15 grams of black Munakka in a cup of water. Mix some lemon juice with him. Chew Munakka after 4 to 5 hours. This helps in anemia and increases hemoglobin.

2. For cough and cold
Take 5 almonds after peeling the skin + 10 + 10 munakkas black pepper, grind and mix these in 25g butter. then eat at night before bed.

3.Acidity
Kismis are sweet, creamy, cooling and thus help alleviate pitta. A sorbet made from Kismis soaked in water and taken in the morning and evening, the peaceful pitta. It is also carminative and helps in easy passage of stool. This gives you quick relief from heartburn. This sorbet is also useful in blood disorders caused by an aggravated pitta, chronic inflammation and fever. Add cow? S milk and ghee to your diet while taking this treatment.

4.Munakka is rich in iron
Elevates the content of hemoglobin in the blood and is an excellent remedy for people with anemia. It munakka also used to treat other blood diseases that are caused by fever and chronic inflammation.

5.It purifies the blood

How to eat munakka for blood purification? 20 pieces soak in water overnight. Grind and mix in a cup of water and consume daily.
