those were the days when our ancestors worked in the fields all day; our grandmothers were spinning around doing all the housework and children at home had no appliances adhered elegant profile. Those were the days when children ventured home to play; They had a lot of friends playing with them in the streets not as crowded or polluted. And, the whole family had good healthy pesticide free meal after a hard day of work; maintaining a healthy lifestyle with a good diet. The fast life, technological advances and stressful working centers are taking a toll. Diabetes and heart problems have become a common disease in almost every household, courtesy hypertension ! There is strong evidence that links our current high intake of salt for high blood pressure. The solution is simple – to reduce their consumption and see the numbers go down.
