How do magnesium Oil;
In the past year or so have been more or less obsessed with Epsom salts , which are used to increase your magnesium levels. Although I had met with many entries and comments on magnesium oil, it was not until about three months ago I started researching what it is and how to make magnesium oil. It is estimated that 90% of Americans are deficient in magnesium. Unfortunately, even when eating an optimal diet it is difficult to obtain enough magnesium due to the difficulty absorbing the mineral and the minimum amount on our agricultural land.

There are a couple of ways that you can increase the level of magnesium, you can use Epsom salts, magnesium oil , take a dip in the sea (the ocean is a great source of magnesium and trace elements), take a magnesium supplement, increase the intake of foods rich in magnesium, or make a combination to ensure you are getting optimal absorption.
The use of transdermal magnesium (applied to skin) is the most effective to increase magnesium levels and ensure absorption, such as the use of magnesium oil or Epsom salt form.
Epsom salts, which are magnesium sulfate is most commonly added to baths and significantly increases their level of magnesium. My results with magnesium oil have been absolutely amazing, so I could not wait to share this message with you! After you start using magnesium oil, I have noticed a huge improvement, well, actually, many improvements that have less trouble sleeping and my anxiety / nervousness is almost nonexistent! Since I was using Epsom salts for almost a year and my results were not as stellar, as many have noted, magnesium oil can provide more benefits because it can be absorbed more easily. It does not mean that Epsom salts are not effective, they are quite useful and still use at least once a week.
