A woman of York is 500 miles excursion through northern Spain in order raise funds for Alzheimer’s Research UK.
Jane Patchett, 60, will launch on 9 May and expects to complete the trail Camino within five weeks. She is dedicated to the task of memories of his month, the father and mother-in-law, all of whom died with dementia.
Carl Sheard, brother of Mrs. Patchett, will join her on the trip.
“Carl and I hope the ride will give us give us the opportunity to come to terms with our loss and reflect on the happy times we shared with our parents before they did wrong. It will be great to walk with a positive to raise much needed money for Alzheimer’s Research UK approach, “he said.
Parminder Summon, fundraising manager of the community for the organization said each foot increases the £ 20 an hour fund basic research and bring it closer to finding a cure for Alzheimer’s disease.
