Heart disease does not announce its presence with sweeping statements and often only diagnosed during routine checks. In fact, many young people these days suffer from an attack to silence heart which has absolutely no previous symptoms. Although there is no specific way to be free from fear of developing heart disease, there is substantial evidence that it may be more common in people who sleep fewer hours.
When you are sleep deprived their nervous system activity increases. This increases the heart rate and constrict blood vessels. It also causes the body to retain more salt. All these factors could be associated with high blood pressure , a major contributor to heart disease. Increased activity of the nervous system also interferes with the functioning of the pancreas that control sugar levels in the body. So a private person sleep may be at risk of diabetes as well. Not only that, the risk may be higher in people with sleep disorders like obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) , where obstruction of the airways causes sleep disruption.
Sleep is one of the basic necessities of life. Therefore, do not ignore an extent that does not cost you your life. Many experts recommend about 6-7 hours of sleep a day, but this can vary depending on your requirements. These are some of exercise tips that can help you sleep well .
